Pro Se Growing

Is Pro Se the way to go when facing a court system? Having more rights than a lawyer. The judge not having the same authority over you.

Sounds good, but in fact is very difficult. Unless you are aware of what a Pro Se Litigate can do and access.( The courts have to give minimal guidance. The Aba has assistance. Online you can find help.)

The difficulty of the task is what scares most people away. Litigators are saying that it might be worth it.

According to wikipedia Courts are seeing a drastic jump in numbers of Pro Se or self representation. Many being citizens who make less than forty thousand ($40,000) annually. Some just don’t want to fork over that much money. Some are convicts.

With what I have read I think my next case will be pro se.
