I though with all this in the news, and what I am seeing and hearing. I should bring to light the attack on farmers. With the recent legislation passed. With the teaming up of alphabet agencies. The war on small farms and self sufficiency is a mighty one. Using Drones and everything at their disposal in their efforts to stifle growth.
The amount of family owned and small farms has dropped massively. The rate of foreclosures and bankruptcy has sky rocketed. The past 5 years are the worst in history. Their was a slight climb in 2010 when the markets were significantly manipulated. Soon after plummeted below what was expected. Also way below were they stood before the injection of fake money and mass manipulation.
The Food and Safety act is yet another tactic used in this war against sustainability,private property and other rights/ freedoms. The only farms soon to be left are large commercial semi or completely government owned. Receiving tax deductions and cheap property. Most likely stolen by the government. WASHINGTON COUNTY, N.Y. — Besides running their families’ more than century old farms in Washington County, John Hand and Neal Rea have a few more things in common: they both started work on the farm as youngsters and both have relied on their kids to get through a day’s labor.
“I was operating a tractor at 12 years old and that was a very valuable lesson for me,” said Hand, who runs the 100-year-old Hand Melon Farm in Greenwich.
Agenda 21 Coming To A Farm Near You As Federal Government Moves To Ban Family Farms
The U.S. Department of Transportation, in an Agenda 21 style order, has moved to essentially ban a large part of family farms.
For hundreds of years family farms have been passed from generation to generation and it has been a way of life for younger family members to learn and work on their farms.
New rules being prepared in Washington could change that forever.
Apparently discussions are now under way to require farmers to have a commercial drivers license to operate farming equipment. This would require farm owners to hire expensive commercial drivers instead of using members of their family.
A proposal from the Obama administration to prevent children from doing farm chores has drawn plenty of criticism from rural-district members of Congress. But now it’s attracting barbs from farm kids themselves.
The Department of Labor is poised to put the finishing touches on a rule that would apply child-labor laws to children working on family farms, prohibiting them from performing a list of jobs on their own families’ land.
Under the rules, children under 18 could no longer work “in the storing, marketing and transporting of farm product raw materials.”
“Prohibited places of employment,” a Department press release read, “would include country grain elevators, grain bins, silos, feed lots, stockyards, livestock exchanges and livestock auctions.”

TSA Manager Arrested for Running Prostitution Ring Bryant Jermaine Livingston, 39, was arrested while on the job as a supervisor of TSA agents at Dulles International Airport.
Three federal Transportation Security Administration officers and two other law enforcement officers were arrested on charges of accepting cash or gift cards in exchange for permitting prescription drug dealers to move tens of thousands of highly addictive painkiller pills and cash proceeds from the illegal sales through airports and highways. The TSA officers, Christopher Allen, 45, of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.; John Best, 30, of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; and Brigitte Jones, 48, of the Bronx, N.Y., were charged with conspiring to distribute and possessing with intent to distribute oxycodone. The New York police officer, Michael Brady, 36, and the Florida trooper, Justin Kolves, 28, face the same charges; their hometowns were not released.
FORT LAUDERDALE-HOLLYWOOD INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, Fla. (WSVN) — Police have arrested a TSA employee suspected of a string of thefts over the past several months.
LOS ANGELES (KABC) — A Transportation Security Administration worker has been arrested on suspicion of stealing from passengers’ luggage at Los Angeles International Airport, police said.
Paul Yashou, 37, a Transportation Security Administration employee for nearly 10 years, was arrested Thursday for allegedly stealing from passengers’ luggage. Yashou posted $20,000 bail and is set for arraignment on July 14.
ORLANDO, Fla. — A Transportation Security Administration agent was arrested at Orlando International Airport Wednesday night.Orlando police said they issued an arrest warrant for 25-year-old Rynel Delacruz.The arrest affidavit is only a page long and says he forgot that had a loaded handgun in his bag.
A TSA screener was busted for allegedly stealing $5,000 from a passenger who was going through a security checkpoint, the latest in a string of snafus by the federal agency at the city’s three airports, authorities said.
Alexandra Schmid, 31, of Brooklyn, was arrested after she was caught on surveillance cameras at Terminal 4 stealing the money from a Bangladeshi national, Port Authority police said.
On Monday, The Post reported that a federal probe into allegedly lax security at Newark Airport led to the suspension of eight workers for everything from stealing from passengers to sleeping on the job to even failing to screen luggage for potential bombs
Jeffrey Piccolella, 27, and Nicholas Anthony Puccio, 25, two TSA agents who work at Palm Beach International Airport, were arrested. They allegedly trashed their hotel room and fired gunshots out the window.
Clayton Keith Dovel, 36, is the latest Transportation Security Administration baggage inspector arrested for theft. Dovel was found with stolen iPads from luggage of passengers snatched at the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport.

A city officer arrested a Spring Creek man Wednesday morning at the Elko Area Regional Airport, where he works for the Transportation Security Administration, on a warrant charging six counts of lewdness with a child.

Former LA Fire Chief’s Son Accused Of Bribing TSA Agent, Smuggling Pot Onto Flight
(CBS) —The son of Los Angeles’ former fire chief, Millage Peaks, has been arrested for allegedly bribing a TSA agent to help him smuggle marijuana on board a flight.
Authorities arrested Millage Peaks Jr., 23, Sunday morning on charges of smuggling 10-15 pounds of pot on a flight from Los Angeles International Airport to Boston.
“It’s a fair amount. I think it was purchased for about $38,000 and was gonna be resold for some amount greater than that,” said Robert Little, Peaks’ attorney.
These are the individuals that are put in charge of security. Our safety according to the TSA and the DOJ rests in their hands. I would feel safer having Paul Blart Mall Cop in charge of Airport Security.
Who did the hiring for these airports. Its like many of these TSA Agents were drafted right out of Rikers.

Rep. Walter Jones introduced Resolution 107 in the House that states should the president use offensive military force without the authorization of Congress that such an act would be “an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor.”
Constitutional scholar and Ron Paul advisor Bruce Fein drafted articles of impeachment for President Obama largely focused on the declaration of war issues in the wake of action in Libya last year. Ron Paul identified the Libyan action as impeachable, and even House Democrats like Jerrold Nadler likened Obama to an emperor.
The Secretary of Defense reiterates the treasonous claim that war authorization is optional, admitting that international authority is sought, but approval from the U.S. Congress is not.
Kurt Nimmo writes: Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta said during questioning by Senator Jeff Sessions of Alabama that the Obama administration does not believe Congress has the exclusive right to declare war and that the Pentagon answers to the United Nations, not the people of the United States.
Article I, Section 8, of the Constitution reserves exclusively for Congress the power to declare war. Both Thomas Jefferson and James Madison argued that the power to declare war must reside in the legislative branch of government and the president will only act as the commander-in-chief and direct the war after it is declared by Congress.
“The constitution supposes, what the history of all governments demonstrates, that the executive is the branch of power most interested in war, and most prone to it. It has accordingly with studied care vested the question of war in the legislature,” Madison wrote.

2) On New Years Eve 2011, Obama signed into law the National Defense Authorization Act which includes provisions that permit the abduction and military detention without trial of U.S. citizens. Despite Obama claiming he would not use the provisions to incarcerate U.S. citizens, it was his administration that specifically demanded these powers be included in the final NDAA bill.
3) The passage of the Obamacare bill, under which Americans will be forced to buy health insurance, is clearly anathema to the Constitution. “The individual mandate is unprecedented and exceeds Congress’s power to regulate interstate commerce. If it is allowed to stand, Congress will be able to impose any kind of economic mandate as part of any kind of national regulatory scheme,” writes Ilya Shapiro, a Senior Fellow in Constitutional Studies, Cato Institute.
4) Obama’s role in the economic looting of America since he took office is unprecedented. Specifically, Obama violated the Constitution’s Takings and Due Process Clauses when he bullied the secured creditors of automaker Chrysler into accepting 30 cents on the dollar while politically connected labor unions and preferential others received better deals.
5) Finally, Obama’s use of signing statements shows his desire to continue in the vein of George W. Bush and rule by executive fiat. This is a direct violation of Article II of the Constitution.

One freedom I am consistently seeing trampled on is the Second Amendment. Illinois especially attacks it gun owners and legal firearm holders. Never getting the support it needs to pass the bill or law. Illinoisans want this to come up for a vote on the ballot. They will not allow for this. Knowing that it would pass with mass support. There is a bill on the table right now. Being pushed through by the Agricultural Committee I found some news articles discussing it.

Chicago is also a major threat. Issuing unconstitutional laws and bans on firearms. Chicago has become a Foreign Country to the people of Illinois. Trying to establish their city as the new Capitol. The past three the governors and many other politicians in Illinois are corrupt so what should we expect. Quinn previously stated in a press conference that he would veto a bill of conceal carry that passes and comes to his desk. If he chooses to do this. He should be brought to justice and dealt with accordingly. Immediately starting the Impeachment Process.
